  • Yes, please place your order online.

    Visit www.leafly.com to access our PICKUP menu. Add items to your cart, then confirm your order. We will advise when your order is ready.

    Give us a ring when you arrive & we can provide curbside service.

    Or you can come in to pickup & pay. If you are unable to place an order online, please call us at (541) 286-4771.

  • Adults ages 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID, and OMMP patients ages 18 and older are welcome to visit High Quality.

    Visitors from out of state are allowed to purchase cannabis in Oregon, as long as they have a valid government-issued ID.

  • Because the requirements to obtain your medical marijuana card are different state by state, Oregon does not recognize medical cards from other states.

    You may still shop as a recreational customer.

  • There is a $3.00 fee for card use. We cannot accept credit cards at this time.

    • Two ounces of usable marijuana

    • 16 ounces of a cannabinoid product in solid form

    • 72 fluid ounces of a cannabinoid product in liquid form

    • Five grams of cannabinoid extracts or concentrates

    • Five grams of cannabinoid products intended for inhalation

    • Four immature marijuana plants

    • 10 marijuana seeds

  • Due to state regulations, we can not accept returns on cannabis products. We can, however, exchange defective cartridges so long as:

    1. It is exchanged within 30 days,

    2. You have the original packaging, 

    3. We require a receipt or a photo of the receipt,

    4. And 25% of the product is still remaining.
